1、空調(diào)送風(fēng)管道：Send air duct of air conditioner:

　　共板法蘭鍍鋅管道，截面BxH按設(shè)計(jì)

　　材料：0.7～1.0mm鍍鋅板;彩鋼板或壓花鍍鋅板加酚醛加鋁箔(厚20mm)。

　　安裝檢驗(yàn)要求：

　　(1)、鍍鋅板管道表面整潔，無(wú)傷痕，截面尺寸滿(mǎn)足設(shè)計(jì)要求，長(zhǎng)、寬誤差≤2mm。

　　(2)、管接法蘭平整，法蘭直角處無(wú)縫隙，角碼安裝牢固，

　　(3)、管道吊裝按設(shè)計(jì)要求，管道全長(zhǎng)范圍內(nèi)底面標(biāo)高誤差≤5mm，管道無(wú)波浪形、無(wú)蛇形。法蘭連接處用密封條密封，連接螺栓連接緊固，或法蘭卡頭安裝牢固，四周布置數(shù)量符合要求。

　　(4)、管道之間間距準(zhǔn)確，相互平行。吊筋垂直緊繃，無(wú)松弛,無(wú)縱向傾斜，吊筋橫檔垂直管道，吊筋伸出螺母至少30mm，大型管道安裝雙螺母。吊筋橫向傾斜角度>15°時(shí)，需設(shè)計(jì)方確認(rèn)后施工。

　　(5)、出風(fēng)口、散流器按設(shè)計(jì)安裝，橫向邊線垂直管道，縱向邊線在一直線上。相同管道的出風(fēng)口、散流器橫向、縱向均要在一直線上。采用帆布軟接方式的，帆布長(zhǎng)短適合，不擁堵出風(fēng)口。

　　(6)、管道保溫層緊貼管道，包覆嚴(yán)密，管道表面、法蘭均不裸露。

　　(7)、管道與風(fēng)機(jī)直連處采用軟接頭，減少震動(dòng)噪聲。

Galvanized zinc steel plate duct, section B X H according to design.

Material: 0.7~1.0mm Zinc galvanized steel plate, color plate or Emboss Zinc Galvanizing plate, also PF and aluminum foil added.(Thickness 20mm).

Inspection Criteria:

1. Surface of galvanized plate should be smooth, no scratches, section dimensions should meet design requirements, dimension error less than 2mm;

2. Flanges of pipe connection should be smooth, no crack, connectors should be firmly assembled;

3. Height error along the whole length should be less than 5mm, no wave, no distortion. Flange connection area should be sealed, connection bolts should be tightened, flange clips should be tightened too, make sure enough numbers.

4. Distance of different ducts should be accurate, parallel. Hanging lines should be tight and vertical, not loose, no slant, hanging line should exceed the length of nuts at least 30mm. large ducts should applied with twin nuts. If slanting angle of hanging bar exceeds 15 degree, construction should be approved by designer first.

5. Air outlet, air diffuser should be installed as per design, crosswise side lines should vertical to ducts, length side lines should be in the same straight line. Outlets of the same duct, crosswise and lengthwise of air diffuser should be in the same straight line. When connected by canvas, whose length should be appropriate, make sure outlets not blocked.

6. Heat insulating layer inside the duct should cling to the duct snugly and cover the duct completely, no appearance of duct inner surface and flanges.

7. Soft connector should apply to ducts and fan motor, to avoid vibration noise.
