1、總述

　　LF型密封門主要用于空調(diào)室的進(jìn)出風(fēng)段、噴淋水池、露點室、風(fēng)機(jī)室及過濾室。具有防腐性能好，密封性能好、保溫性能優(yōu)、堅固耐用、表面光滑、式樣美觀、安裝方便等優(yōu)點。

　　密封門安裝主要是門框的安裝，框架可在平面位置上用膨脹螺栓或雙頭穿墻螺栓固定，縫隙用水泥砂漿補(bǔ)實，底面呈3%坡度向噴淋室內(nèi)粉刷。

Sealing door is mainly used at air inlet and outlet section, spraying water tank, dew point room, fan room and filtering room. It has such advantages as good corrosion proof, excellent heat preservation, good durability, smooth surface, beautiful style and easy installation etc.

The main part of sealing door installation is fixing doorframe, which can be done by using plug bolt or double-ended wall perforating bolts. After that, use clay and sand to fill and level up open spaces around the frame and painting indoor area with a slope angle of 3% to the floor.

2、規(guī)格尺寸Specification

型號Type：LFM-B×H (方管框架，常規(guī)產(chǎn)品)Square tube frame, standard products.

LFM/A-B×H (角鐵框架)Angle steel frame

注：表中所列開啟方向，是指人面向門板開啟時，門扇向左轉(zhuǎn)動(即順時針方向轉(zhuǎn)動)時為“左開門”，反之為“右開門”。(其余尺寸需定制)

Remarks: When facing the door, door leaf turns left for opening (clockwise), The open direction is called left. Otherwise, it is right.

3、主要配置：

門框：C形鋼80x25壁厚1.8mm/5#角鐵，焊接

Door frame: C type steel 80x25 thickness 1.8mm/5# angle steel, welding;

門板：1.5mm雙層冷板折邊焊接

Door board: 1.5mm double sided cold rolled steel sheet, edge-folded with welding.

油漆：噴涂，門框灰色，門板米色

Paint: Spray painting, grey for door frame, beige for door board.

觀察窗：8mm單層有機(jī)玻璃

View window: 8mm single-layer organic glass.

4、安裝要求：Assembly requirements:

　　將門框貼緊門洞外側(cè)，安裝門把手一側(cè)門框內(nèi)邊與門洞墻體平齊，用膨脹螺栓固定。

　　門框與墻體間隙用水泥沙漿或密封膠填充。

　　門框螺栓孔用塑料封蓋密封。

Put door frame to outer side of door hole, assemble the door frame at the handle side whose inner side align with wall surface, fixed by expansion bolts.

The gaps between door frames and wall surface should be filled with cement mortar or sealant.

6、檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：Inspection Criteria:

　　門框焊接表面平整，無毛刺，對角線誤差≤2mm。

　　門板表面平整，油漆噴涂均勻，無色差。觀察窗安裝牢固，無縫隙，有機(jī)玻璃密封條接縫位置固定于下框中間，長度夏天放長2mm，冬天縮小2mm。門板內(nèi)側(cè)密封條用膠水粘牢，不脫落。手柄一側(cè)上部粘貼不干膠標(biāo)識。

　　門框安裝垂直誤差≤5mm，水平誤差≤2mm。

　　門框與墻體無縫隙。門板關(guān)緊時，與門框四周間距均勻。

　　門鎖鎖止緊密，門角無翹曲，門板與門框四周間距均勻，門板密封條均接觸壓緊，無縫隙。

　　門把手角度安裝準(zhǔn)確。

　　門板鉸鏈開關(guān)平滑，無頓挫感。

Door frame should be welded smoothly, burr free, diagonal error no more than 2mm.

Smooth surface of door, even painting, no color aberration. View window should be assembled firmly, no gaps, organic glass seal strip should be positioned at the middle of the lower frame, length should be 2mm longer in summer, 2mm shorter in winter. Seal strip inside the door board should be glued firmly, without possible falling off. Adhesive sticker label should be put right above the handle.

Perpendicularity error of frame should be less than 5mm, horizontal error should be less than 2mm.

No gaps between Frame and wall. When door is shut, gap to outer frames should be even.

When being locked, no warping at corners, even gaps between frames and door board, seal strips should be pressed firmly, no seams.

Angle of handle should be correct.

Hinge should function smoothly, no jerking.
